About Us

A business based on expertise

It might seem odd but 360 was not started as a ‘business’, it started out to make things better.  Through a mix of personal experiences (not all good) and a common desire to help people who cannot always help themselves, a team coalesced around a common vision, Person Centred Care.

Today that team have created a pathway to excellence that puts the person who needs care at the very heart of the system helping them.

Achieving Excellence in care is a common goal for all service providers.  Often it isn’t the will to have the best possible standards that gets in the way, but rather the resources to make it happen.

Putting together the 360 Forward approach has taken over 10 years of dedication and has been praised at the highest levels for vision, fitness for purpose and revolutionary approach to Person Centred Care.

Built from the ground up by experts who have run services, designed them and audited them, the framework covers every aspect of Person Centred Care and presents it in a clear and simple format that can be followed with confidence and ease.
